I am so deeply grateful to Adrian, Sian and the entire team at Williams & Co for their exceptional support during such a distressing time. From my first contact, to the moment I collected my mum's ashes, their professionalism, care and compassion made the entire experience much more bearable.I cannot thank them enough not just for the way they looked after my mother but also for the support they gave to me and my family.

We received a fantastic service from Adrian, Sian, Sharon and the rest of the team.After loosing my father in laws unexpectedly we decided to ask Adrian and co to organise the funeral after reading such positive reviews. Every review that I read they delivered to such a high standard and they truly did. There was brilliant communication at all times either via telephone or email.Even the aftercare that we received was second to none. There was a financial calculator on their website which helped us budget for the funeral and we found this tool invaluable.Adrian will work around your schedule and nothing is too much for him. He will go through every option at your pace. Adrian makes the whole process so much easier with his knowledge and his compassionate empathy.I just want to thank you all again for everything you done for us.

I can not say a bad word about the team. My mom Passed away suddenly and Williams&Co where the undertakers on duty that day. They explained everything regardless if we decided to go with them. My dad doesn’t drive and I live in Surrey, they went above and beyond to help my dad, they came to the house on numerous occasions talked my dad through everything, they collected my moms clothes, they even brought my moms ashes back home. They called me to talk me through everything to check if they could do anything else. It’s not nice when a love one dies, your lost, your trying to deal with your grief and have no idea where to start. William & Co made it so much easier they were like an extended part of the family. Thank you to you all for making my moms send off special and stress free. I cannot recommend you enough

This is the second time I have used Williams and Co first for my dad and this time for my husband. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they treated us like friends. Horrible time for us all but they make it so much easier and nothing is ever too much trouble. Sian is amazing xx
