We would like to sincerely thank Sian, Adrian and the entire team at Williams & Co for their outstanding care and support shown to our family from our first compassionate contact to the calm and helpful meeting where Sian guided us through each step with help and advice. She was only a phone call away no matter the time of day or how small the question seemed; as to her everything was of utmost importance; she made you and your loved ones feel so special and supported. She listened carefully to each one of us and fine-tuned our requests ensuring every element was perfect from ensuring dad was clean shaven and dressed exactly how we requested from head to toe; every detail was exactly as we had described in our meeting and she ensured she made space in her diary to be present when our family wanted to say a fond farewell in person at a suitable time to them all. She showed dedicated decorum and understood everyone’s point of view and her calm pleasing tone truly made you feel at ease in her company. Every aspect of our wishes were double checked giving us complete faith that dad’s celebration of life would be special, just like he was. We knew that we were all in safe hands and that the day would run smoothly, thanks to the entire team’s professionalism, care and compassion which made the heartbreaking process of saying farewell to our beloved Babby/dad/husband much more bearable. The entire team made the process smooth and stress free for us during such an emotional time and being on hand to guide us every step of the way; before; during and even afterwards, with such warm, welcoming compassion, will never be forgotten. Adrian and his team have been absolutely amazing at the worst time of my life, losing my Mum, they have helped me through. I turned up the day after losing my mum not knowing what to do or where to start and they have been brilliant giving me little jobs to do as I felt I had to be doing something, to letting me visit my mum as many times as I needed right up until the day of funeral. Nothing was too big or to small they have been a comfort, support and help all the way through. Thankyou from not only Me but from my entire Family You were all definitely my rock in the darkest times. And a Big Shout out Kelsey who looked after my mum embalming her, my mum looked like she was sleeping same as she was the day she passed no make up needed my mum looked at peace and out of pain.
